Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (for us, this will apply after cash-on-delivery payments are verified).

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
